昨日に引き続き、夕方から多摩川へ。今日は曇りの新月。いかにも釣れそうな、雰囲気ぷんぷん。静かに川へ入り、何投か投げたタイミングで風が吹き、水面がゆらゆらと揺れた——その瞬間、グググ。いいサイズのスモールちゃんでした！今年早くも、釣りの病にかかりました。もう抜け出せない汗

Two evenings in a row at the Tama River. Tonight — a cloudy new moon, the kind of night that just feels like fish are waiting. I waded in quietly and made a few casts. Then the wind picked up, the surface began to ripple… and right in that moment — tug, tug, tug. A beautiful smallmouth bass. A good one. This year, the fishing fever has already taken hold. There’s no escaping it now.
